If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To request a return:

2. Click Request Return in the top-right corner of your account page
   

When returning your order, please include:

• The item(s) in their original packaging
  
• Your order number and either your original packing slip or a note indicating your order number
  

Refunds:

• You will receive a full refund, excluding the cost of returning your order to us, unless the item was faulty or incorrect
